Who We Are

Our Mission

Women at the Well exists to meet women exactly where they are and lead them to Living Water.

We believe no woman was meant to walk through life alone. Every woman deserves a place where she can encounter truth, experience healing, and grow in faith alongside others who are walking the same road.

Through Bible studies, gatherings, and community partnerships across the Grand Strand, Women at the Well creates spaces where women can be seen, supported, and strengthened in Christ.

Because when women gather around the well, lives begin to change.

Where It All Started

Women at the Well didn’t begin with a plan. It began with a burden. A deep desire for more — more truth, more connection, and more of Jesus.

What started as a small gathering around Lyndsay’s kitchen table quickly became something sacred. Women came carrying stories, wounds, questions, and a hunger for God. And week by week, something powerful began to grow. What was once a quiet space for conversation and prayer became a place where women could be seen, known, and strengthened in their faith.

From those early gatherings, God began building something far greater than anyone expected.

Today, Women at the Well has grown into a movement across the Grand Strand — women gathering in homes, churches, coffee shops, and community spaces with one shared purpose:

to meet women where they are and lead them to the well of Living Water.

The Heart Behind the Well

Faith

Everything we do is rooted in Scripture and centered on Jesus Christ.

Our gatherings, collectives, and studies are built on the truth of God’s Word and the belief that real transformation begins when women encounter Him.

Community

We believe women were never meant to walk through life alone.

Women at the Well creates spaces where authentic relationships can grow- where women can show up exactly as they are, be known, and walk alongside others pursuing faith.

No matter a woman’s past or present struggles, healing is always possible through Christ.

Women at the Well exists to create safe places where women can experience renewal, freedom, and the hope that can only come from a restored life with God.

Restoration

How We Serve

Beyond our weekly gatherings, Women at the Well is deeply committed to serving the Grand Strand through intentional outreach initiatives that meet real needs in our community.

From partnering with local ministries and churches to hosting service projects, donation drives, and community events, our outreach efforts are designed to bring practical support and encouragement to women and families who need it most.

These initiatives allow us to extend the heart of Women at the Well beyond our gatherings — creating opportunities for women to serve together, build meaningful relationships, and reflect the love of Christ through action.
