These aren’t just leaders. These are mamas, warriors, survivors, and women who said yes to God in the middle of their own healing.

United by grace.

Built through battle.

Leading women straight to Jesus.

Mama of 5. Obedient yes. Relentless faith.

Lyndsay founded Women at the Well to break down barriers, build unity, and reach women right where they are.

Christen Rivera

Christen Rivera knows what its like to walk through lonely seasons- and she also knows what it looks like to rise up and build community anyway.

She carries a deep heart for women, connection, and showing up when it would be easier to stay silent. Through her own healing journey, Christen learned the power of sisterhood and now pours that same love into every woman she meets.

As Vice President of Women at the Well, she leads with compassion, loyalty, and quiet strength- helping create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and reminded they don’t have to do life alone.

Christen doesn’t just believe in community- she lives it.

She has walked through her own trenches, fought hard battles, and clawed her way toward freedom through her faith in Jesus. She knows what it feels like to be in the valley- and she knows what it takes to climb out.

That lived experience shapes the way she leads.

As a Well Keeper and Board Secretary, Jen stands steady and grounded, helping build the very community that once helped carry her. She leads with resilience, quiet fire, and a deep understanding that healing is possible.

Nicole Young

Well Keeper

Like many women, Nicole has walked through seasons of relationship storms. In those moments she learned to truly lean on Jesus rather than her own understanding.

Through her own refining season, He placed a clear calling on her heart- a burden to walk alongside women navigating relationships, marriage, loss, and the healing that often follows heartbreak.

God is using what once was painful and confusing to shape compassion, wisdom, and a deep desire to point others back to Him as the true source of hope and restoration.
